Picture Day Committee schedules a day for student photographs, arranges for photographers, and oversees the physical organization of people and equipment for pictures to happen.
Yearbook Committee

Yearbook Committee oversees a student club and assists in taking and collecting photos, stories, and other memories from members and at EHPTSA events over the course of the year. Creates a yearbook for purchase by members.

Welcome Committee gives tours, answers questions, checks in weekly for the first month with new families to make sure they are settling in.

Executive committee consists of the president, vice president, treasurers, and secretary. They support all committees in their work, make sure EHPTSA is in compliance with all laws and regulations that pertain to the organization, lead meetings where members vote on issues regarding EHPTSA and follow through on the decisions, and represent EHPTSA in the community.

The Board of Dirctors will counsel through various means (including text and email) on issues pertinent to EHPTSA and meet monthly to discuss in person and vote on any decisions that require a vote. It consists of the Executive Committee and five other members at large from the EHPTSA community.

Nominating committee is responsible for choosing candidates for the following year's executive committee. Some recruiting may be necessary. These committee members need to be elected by the general membership.

Finance Committee conducts financial reviews twice a year.

Fundraising committee organizes fundraisers, solicits donations and sponsorships for EHPTSA events, writes grand applications, and engages our community in such endeavors.

Scheduling committee recruits teachers and classes for the following year's schedule, runs comprehensive parent survey, creates mock schedule, solicits parent feedback, presents final proposed schedule to the board. In an effort to follow best practices and avoid conflicts of interest, voting members of this committee cannot submit class proposals for selection.

Facility care / Maintenance committee identifies tasks that need doing to keep the spaces we use in order and recruits from the general membership to complete the tasks. Members of this committee also check to see that tasks are done and report issues to the committee chair or the Board. Participation on this committee also fulfills the on-site job requirement

Monitoring committee identifies times and places during program hours that could benefit from dedicated supervision and arrange volunteers to act as monitors. Members also report any concerning incidents to the Board. Participation on this committee also fulfills the on-site job requirement.

Examples of situations that might need supervision include, but are not limited to:
-Upstairs hallway between classes
-Downstairs hallway between classes
-Playground during lunch
-Playground at the end of the day

Inventory committee keeps track of supplies kept on-site meant for use by the membership, including materials used for cleaning, hospitality, and volunteer classes. Participation in this committee also fulfills the on-site jobs requirement.

Communications committee is responsible for keeping up-to-date information about events, field trips, academic competitions, and anything else pertaining to the EHPTSA community provided to the membership through various channels, including:
